HMMH is led by Ms. Mary Ellen Eagan and Ms. Diana Wasiuk, as President/Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, respectively. Ms. Eagan and Ms. Wasiuk own the controlling interest in the company and serve on its Board of Directors. Together Ms. Eagan and Ms. Wasiuk provide both strategic and day-to-day leadership and management in a manner that mirrors the mission and core values of the company. As a team, they foster a client and solution oriented work environment emphasizing accountability while focusing on making HMMH the employer of choice for top talent.
As President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of HMMH, Mary Ellen is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company and management to establish long-term goals, strategies, plans, and policies. Ms. Eagan became HMMH’s third President in July 2004 and was appointed CEO and Chairman in 2012.
In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Ms. Eagan is principal-in-charge for some of the firm's most challenging projects, including Part 150 Noise Studies for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and support to the Federal Interagency Committee on Aircraft Noise.
Ms. Eagan is very active in the industry. She is Chair of the Transportation Research Board's Aviation Group, and serves of the Board of the Airport Consultants Council. She is also actively involved with Airports Council International, serving as co-chair of the Noise Working Group and a Business Partner to the ACI World Environment Standing Committee.
Ms. Eagan holds a BS in Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Simmons College.
As Chief Operating Officer, Diana Wasiuk is responsible for managing tactical operational aspects of the company including overseeing the revenue generating divisions and finance. Ms. Wasiuk also assists the CEO in facilitating strategic and sustainable growth for the company. Through a constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of company, Ms. Wasiuk provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary for the implementation of proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people-systems needed to effectively grow the organization, while ensuring financial strength and operating efficiency. Ms. Wasiuk also acts as Project Manager and Principal-In-Charge for complex projects involving the implementation of the Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen) in the National Airspace System.
Ms. Wasiuk holds a BA and an MBA in Aviation from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
