Project Experience: Staples Ranch Development, California

HMMH staff managed the noise planning and acoustical design of the Staples Ranch senior housing development in Pleasanton, California. This project is a premium grade senior care housing development of three stories with several hundred units. The site is located immediately south of an eight-lane freeway and major truck transport route. The noise control plan called for stringent exterior and interior noise exposure criteria.
