Carrol Bryant
Ms. Bryant has served as project manager or technical analyst on more than 100 environmental assessments for the aviation and highway industries. The majority of her experience is in transportation-related noise and air quality assessments, environmental planning and computer applications for private consulting firms and regulatory agencies.
Ms. Bryant's related services include monitoring of existing conditions and modeling to determine potential project-related impacts. She has extensive experience in atmospheric dispersion modeling and the preparation of reports dealing with potential air quality and noise impacts. Her experience with the computer simulation of air quality impacts includes use of the:
- FAA's Emission and Dispersion Modeling System (EDMS)
- FAA Aircraft Engine Emissions Database (FAEED),
- Environmental Protection Agency MOBILE, NONROAD, TANKS, and CALINE models
Michael A. Kenney
Mr. Kenney has provided project management as well as hands-on technical involvement for a variety of assignments at airports and airway facilities. His experience includes air quality testing, atmospheric dispersion modeling, and analysis of stationary and mobile sources of indoor and outdoor air pollution. His project experience includes:
- Commercial and general aviation airports
- Seaports
- Military installations
- A wide variety of other public- and private sector assignments throughout the United States and around the world
