The Strategy
HMMH:
- Conducted noise measurements of several water rides to determine the noise emissions from different rides
- Used sound propagation models and community impact criteria to estimate the community reaction to noise from the park under different wind and temperature conditions
- Testified to our results and conclusions at a Zoning Board of Appeals hearing
