HMMH conducted a mesoscale analysis to predict the change in regional emissions due to the Parcel 7 Project
The Solution
The total vehicle pollutant burden was estimated for the existing conditions and the future build and no-build conditions based on the traffic analysis. In the case where emissions from the build condition are expected to be greater than the future no-build, the analysis includes identification and review of reasonable and feasible reduction and mitigation measures. The EPA MOBILE6.2 computer program was used to estimate motor vehicle emissions of VOC/NOx on the roadway network.
