Partnership for Air Transportation Noise and Emissions Reduction (PARTNER) was established in 2003 to foster breakthrough developments enabling quieter and cleaner aircraft. The FAA, NASA, and Transport Canada are co-sponsoring this effort that seeks to enhance the understanding of aerospace environmental issues. The organization's operational headquarters is at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. PARTNER fosters breakthrough technological, operational, policy, and workforce advances for the betterment of mobility, economy, national security, and the environment.
HMMH has been part of the PARTNER program since 2005 with members on the advisory board. HMMH has served in advisory capacity to several PARTNER projects.
