Partnership for Air Transportation Noise and Emissions Reduction (PARTNER) was established in 2003 to foster breakthrough developments enabling quieter and cleaner aircraft. The FAA, NASA, and Transport Canada are co-sponsoring this effort that seeks to enhance the understanding of aerospace environmental issues. HMMH has been part of the PARTNER program since 2005. We have members on the Advisory Board, and provide advice on projects related to noise and noise metrics.
