Doug Barrett, Vice PresidentDoug Barrett is HMMH's Highway Group Leader. Since joining HMMH in 1986, Mr. Barrett has worked on a wide variety of projects, including traffic noise assessments, aircraft ground noise evaluations and noise barrier design studies. His traffic noise experience ranges from initial measurement programs and environmental documents through system-wide assessments and complex noise barrier final-design studies. He has directed aircraft ground noise studies at locations encompassing everything from commuter airline facilities to major air-carrier hubs. In addition, Mr. Barrett was a key architect in the design and application of HMMH's Virtual Soundscapes. |

Linda Fitch, Vice PresidentLinda Fitch has overall responsibility for finance and contract management. As a Vice President, she is a core member of the operations management team and an active participant in the company's business and strategic planning. As Secretary of the corporation, Ms. Fitch has corporate record-keeping duties and also acts as the firm's liaison with outside counsel for all legal matters. |

Gene Reindel, Vice PresidentGene Reindel manages HMMH's Sacramento, California office. He is responsible for a wide range of noise consulting projects, providing support on aviation-related noise studies and noise measurement programs. Mr. Reindel is a training leader at HMMH and teaches courses in acoustics, sound measurements, and the Integrated Noise Model. |

Cary Adkins, Principal ConsultantCary Adkins manages HMMH's Richmond, Virginia office. In addition to office management, Mr. Adkins' primary duties include project management, analysis and modeling of highway noise impact and abatement measures, and business development. Prior to joining HMMH, Mr. Adkins held senior positions at the Virginia Department of Transportation. |

Lance Meister, Vice PresidentLance Meister is the Rail Group Leader, specializing in rail-related noise and vibration projects. Mr. Meister's activities have included field survey measurements, environmental assessments, and computer modeling of noise and vibration propagation. He teaches rail noise courses throughout the country, and is one of the co-authors of the FTA's Transit Noise and Vibration Impact Assessment. |

Jack Freytag, PE, DirectorJack Freytag manages HMMH's Southern California office. He has more than 30 years of experience in acoustics, specializing in airport sound insulation, audio forensics, architectural acoustics, and environmental projects. He has served on the INCE Board of Directors and is a member of the Acoustical Society of America. He was the forensic acoustic expert for three Discovery Channel programs. |

Diana Khera, DirectorDiana Khera manages HMMH's airport and airspace planning practice. She also serves as Assistant Policy Director for the JPDO. Ms. Khera joined HMMH in 2006, bringing more than 10 years of expertise in airfield and airspace operations. She has a strong understanding of the National Airspace System structure, and is a certified pilot. |

Mr. Khera has worked with federal, state, and local governments, as well as community groups to find balanced solutions to issues involving the effects of new capacity enhancing technologies and policies on the environment. Mr. Khera is a member of TRB's Effects of Aviation on the Environment Committee, ACC's Planning Committee and the JPDO Airports as well as Environment Working Groups. |

Hugh Enxing, Product Development ManagerHugh Enxing leads HMMH Products Group. He provides architecture, design and implementation of flight tracking and noise contouring systems for the airport industry. Mr. Enxing is responsible for implementing software development and quality assurance standards throughout HMMH. His responsibilities also include developing next generation flight tracking and analysis software. |
