Mary Ellen Eagan, PresidentMary Ellen Eagan became HMMH's third President in 2004 and is the first non-founder in that role. Widely known throughout the aviation industry, Ms. Eagan also has participated in rail and highway noise projects since joining HMMH in 1984. In addition, she has taught aviation training courses throughout the U.S. and around the world. Ms. Eagan serves on several professional committees, including the TRB Committee on Aviation and the Environment, the ACI Environmental Affairs Committee, and the JPDO's Environmental Working Group. |

Bob Miller, Senior Vice PresidentBob Miller is a co-founder and Chairman of HMMH's Board of Directors as well as the leader of HMMH's Aviation Service Group. Mr. Miller's responsibilities include managing complex and controversial aviation noise studies involving commercial, general aviation, military and joint use facilities in the U.S. and abroad. His clients represent all levels of federal, state, and local government. He is a former Air Force pilot and holds a commercial pilot's license. |

Nick Miller, Senior Vice PresidentNick Miller is a co-founder and past-President of HMMH. He is responsible for project management and marketing of consulting services in aviation and other noise relate studies. He has worked on most aspects of aviation noise and vibration, from assessing the effects of aircraft noise on building vibration, to quantifying the effects of aircraft overflights on national parks. Mr. Miller serves on the Advisory Board of the FAA's Center for Excellence in Aviation Noise and Emissions Research and is a member of JPDO's Environmental Working Group. |

Carl Hanson, PhD. Senior Vice PresidentA co-founder of HMMH, Dr. Hanson specializes in noise and vibration control engineering projects for rail transportation. He was lead author of FTA's Transit Noise and Vibration Impact Assessment, and FRA's High Speed Ground Transportation Noise and Vibration Impact Assessment, the guidance manuals for methods used in rail projects in the U.S. He is involved in a wide range of rail projects and has been especially active in high-speed rail and maglev systems. Dr. Hanson serves on the National Academy of Engineering's Committee on Technology for a Quieter America. |

Chris Menge, Senior Vice PresidentChris Menge leads HMMH's Commercial/Industrial Noise Group. He has extensive experience with highway noise prediction and barrier design, outdoor entertainment sources such as race tracks, theme parks and amphitheaters, and ground-based noise sources at airports and national parks. Mr. Menge was a key developer of the Federal Highway Administration two most recent highway noise prediction models. |

Ted Baldwin, Senior Vice PresidentTed Baldwin specializes in airport noise analysis. His experience includes Part 150 noise compatibility studies, Part 161 use restriction studies, state and federal environmental impact assessments, noise elements of Airport Master Plan studies, noise measurement and modeling, and expert testimony. Before entering consulting, Mr. Baldwin held senior positions at the Massachusetts Port Authority. |
